1. Why would I want to hire temporary or contract workers? Every day, three million people in the U.S. work in temporary and contract jobs. More and more companies are taking advantage of the flexibility offered by hiring temporary workers. Companies use temporaries to fill in for absent employees or to fill a vacancy temporarily, to provide extra support during busy times or seasons, and to staff special short-term projects. They also use staffing services as a good source of talent for direct hires (i.e., permanent employees). Like traditional staffing agencies, HireMeNow.com is the employer of record for the temporary/contract workers. HireMeNow.com covers payroll, taxes, worker's compensation and unemployment insurance, and all other related expenses. As a result, clients can engage workers quickly, without the typical related paperwork.

2. What if I am looking for permanent employees, can HireMeNow.com help me? We can, although if you find a candidate that you like you must engage them as a temp first, for a minimum of four hours. Then you can convert the temp to a direct hire, on your payroll, and pay us our conversion fee (8% of the temporary's annual salary if you pay us on or before the conversion date). Many of our candidates are looking for permanent positions. They know that 40% of temporary employees end up getting converted into a permanent hire. And polls show that businesses tap staffing companies for quality temp-to-perm talent in virtually all occupational sectors.

3. Is there a fee for using HireMeNow.com to hire a temporary or contract worker? You can open an account for free, and you can start searching for temporary and contract candidates right away. But you and any new users you add to your company account will not be able to see detailed information about our candidates or post job orders and hire workers until you either pay a one-time, Full User fee of $49.00, or enter a coupon code (you only need to pay the Full User fee for an account once, no matter how many users you add to this account). Once you have paid the one-time, Full User fee or entered a coupon code, you will be able to search for temporary and contract workers for free, and see more detail about our candidates than on any other job site on the Internet. All of our candidates complete a profile, which includes their availability, employment and education histories, their computer, language, and other skills, their desired salary, their willingness to travel, etc. Many also post a video resume and picture, complete skills tests, and order background and reference checks on themselves. You will also be able to post as many jobs as you want for free. You only pay us for hours worked by our temporaries, or a conversion fee if you hire one or more of our candidates onto your payroll either right away, or after they complete a temporary assignment. Our fees are significantly lower than most temporary agencies - we mark-up our temp/contract workers' wages by 42% (traditional staffing agencies typically mark-up their workers' wages by 60% to 80% to even 100%). Our conversion fee, if it is paid on or before the conversion date, is just 8% of the temporary's annual salary.

4. How long does it take to post a job? Is there a limit on the number I can post? Posting a job is easy, and you can copy your existing job descriptions and paste them into our job order form. You can post as many jobs as you want. If you have a large number of job postings on your company website or on other job sites, please let us know and we can copy them to HireMeNow.com for you. 5. You say that I "deal directly with candidates" - with no traditional staffing agency - how does that work? A traditional staffing agency is like any middleman - whether it's a travel agent, stock broker, or matchmaker. The middleman matches people and/or things together. While there may be times when a middleman is helpful, sites like Expedia, Travelocity, E*trade, and Match.com have proven that people often can find what they want directly, over the Internet, without having to call or visit a middleman. HireMeNow.com works the same way. We let job candidates create profiles and set their availability, and we allow companies to post temporary positions. Companies and available candidates can search for each other, directly, and choose to move forward or not. If a particular candidate, for example, has not taken a skills test for a software program (like QuickBooks) that is critical to your job order, you can request that the candidate take that skills test. Note that you must initiate contact with our candidates through our website, and you will not see contact information for our candidates until they have accepted a skills test request, interview request, background or reference check request, or job offer from you. After they have accepted, you can talk to them directly, but if you want them for a temporary assignment (where they are on our payroll), you must engage them through our website, and if you want to hire them directly onto your payroll, either right away, or after they complete a temporary assignment, you must pay us a conversion fee, which is just 8% of their annual salary if you pay us before they go onto your payroll, but is 24% if you pay us after they go onto your payroll.

6. I already deal with one or more traditional employment agencies, why should I use HireMeNow.com? We offer more convenience, more control, and potentially lower rates than any traditional employment agency. Our service was designed by experts in recruitment and hiring. So we offer you more information about our candidates than any other job site. In addition to the typical job history and education background, we outline computer and language skills, desired compensation, willingness to travel, and all other qualifications. Our candidates can post a video resume, a picture, take skills tests, and run professional reference and background checks on themselves. You can list selected candidates side-by-side, comparing their proximity to your office, their desired compensation, their skills, and their experience in certain categories of jobs. You can request that they take specific skills tests or set up an interview - for free. For a small fee, you also can request they submit to reference or background checks. When you make a job offer, you decide how much you are willing to pay. HireMeNow.com also offers relief from paperwork. You make job offers and edit and approve time cards completely online, and you can pay us by credit card. Finally, you can set up saved searches so that we can notify you if a candidate becomes available that meets your search criteria.

7. I use other job boards, why should I use HireMeNow.com? Most companies do not post temporary positions on job boards, because they do not want to be the employer of record. So they don't want candidates contacting them directly. HireMeNow.com lets you use an Internet site to find temporary workers yourself, because we are the employer of record. Because our candidates all fill out the same application, searching is much easier than with traditional job boards. You can search by availability date, bill rate, distance from your location, job category and title, experience, skills tests taken, and minimum education level. Also, most job boards charge you to post jobs or search their resume database; we do not charge anything to post jobs or search our database; we only charge if you actually select one of our temporaries for an assignment (although note that we do have a $49, one-time, Full User fee - once you pay that initial fee, you have full access to all of our features).

8. Do you specialize in any type of job categories? Our focus is on Accounting, Admin/Clerical, Advertising/Marketing/PR/Graphic Design/Website Design, Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service/Telemarketing/Sales, Engineering/Programming, Finance, Healthcare Admin, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal. If you are looking for a job outside any of those categories, you can create your own category. We currently do not match light industrial (construction, factory, etc.) workers, or certified medical personnel.

9. Are you focused on a particular geographic region? Currently our temporary staffing service is available for jobs located in the United States.

10. How do I pay for your services, and when do the temporary/contract workers get paid? You pay for our temporary/contract workers each week, each time you approve a temporary/contract worker's weekly Time Card. The worker logs in to his or her account to fill out and submit the Time Card, and then you review and approve it. Our workweek runs from Saturday morning through Friday night. So long as you approve the weekly Time Card by the Monday morning after the end of the workweek, we pay our workers by the following Friday (i.e., 7 days after the end of the workweek). If you want to convert a worker on assignment to a direct hire (i.e., a permanent hire), you pay us a conversion fee, which is just 8% of the worker's annual salary if you pay us before they go onto your payroll, but is 24% if you pay us after they go onto your payroll. 11. Are traditional staffing agencies allowed on your site? No. HireMeNow.com serves as the employer of record, so there is no place for a traditional staffing agency to serve in that role.

12. Do you offer full-time or part-time positions? We allow companies to post jobs for both full- and part-time assignments.

13. What can candidates see about me or my company? When you create a job order and change its status to Active, it is posted to our candidates. Candidates can read about the job, and can view a video about your company, if you choose to upload one. We also provide a link to your website. However, we do not give candidates your name or personal contact information unless and until you decide you want to communicate with a particular candidate.

14. You say that many temporary/contract workers convert to direct hires - how does that work at HireMeNow.com? When you make a job offer to a candidate, you must engage them initially as a temporary, and enter the expected end date of the assignment. You may extend or contract the length of the assignment at any time (although all assignments must be for a minimum of 4 hours), and you can make an offer to the worker to become a direct hire (i.e., a permanent hire) at any time. Of course, the candidate must agree to the salary and other terms of employment you offer. The salary you offer can be above or below the amount the temp is making on the assignment, so long as you and the temp agree.

15. Can I search for candidates without registering for an account? No. You need to sign up for a HireMeNow.com job company account to be able to search for candidates. Once you sign up, you can set up a saved search, where we e-mail you each night if a candidate that fits your search criteria has become available that day. Search criteria include availability date, bill rate, distance from your location, job category and title, experience, skills tests taken, and minimum education level.

16. What is the difference between a temporary job and a contract job? Temporary workers in certain job categories (like Information Technology) tend to be called "contract" workers, but in terms of how you can use HireMeNow.com to find temporary or contract workers, there is no difference.

17. Why should I post a video about my company? We strongly encourage our candidates to create a video resume, and so they may appreciate seeing a video about your company. We believe it is more likely that candidates in which you have an interest will respond positively if they can see such a video.

18. How do I make a company video? Making a company video is easy. You need one other person (unless you have a tripod or a mounted webcam), and a device to make the video - a camcorder, web cam, digital camera, or even a video-enabled cell phone. Many digital cameras and cell phones have video recording capability, although you may have to hit a switch or find an option to change from shooting still pictures to shooting video. Most video recording devices record in either the .AVI or .MPG formats, but HireMeNow.com can't accept a file in the .AVI format (they are too large). We do accept .MPG and Quicktime .MOV files, along with .MPEG, .MP4, .3GP, .ASF, .FLV, .WMV, .DV, .MOV, .QT. These files can be uploaded to HireMeNow.com after being copied to your computer. We suggest that you review your video either on the device or on your computer to make sure you like it. Once you have completed the video to your satisfaction and saved it on your computer as one of the accepted file types listed above, you can upload it to HireMeNow.com by logging into your account, going to "My Homepage," selecting "Update Corporate Information," and then clicking "Manage Video." Then you upload the video file from your computer's file directory.

19. What should I say and do in my company video? There are a wide variety of things you can present in your company video, from explaining your business, to describing a typical day, to showing the office where the temporaries will work.

20. How long should my company video be? The maximum file size is 20 MB. Depending on the file format of your video, that permits a video with a maximum running time of 2 to 5 minutes.

21. How do I upload a video file from a camcorder? A digital camcorder records in Digital8, MiniDV, HDV, or any of the DVD formats. You need to connect your digital camcorder to your computer, either through the USB or FireWire ports or by inserting a DVD you've recorded. Once you've downloaded the video from the camera to your computer as an .MPEG or .MOV file, you can upload it to HireMeNow.com by logging into your account, going to "My Homepage," selecting "Update Corporate Information," clicking "Manage Video," and then picking the file from your computer's file directory. Note that .AVI files are too big to upload, but we accept Quicktime .MOV files, along with .MPEG, .MP4, .3GP, .ASF, .FLV, .WMV, .DV, .MOV, and .QT files.

22. Who owns the copyright and distribution rights to my company video? Your video is yours. As described in our Terms and Conditions, you retain the copyright in your video, but you grant HireMeNow.com an unlimited license to show your video, and you grant HireMeNow.com full right and title to any revenue (such as the revenue from advertisements that you see on HireMeNow.com) that HireMeNow.com earns, whether directly or indirectly, from showing your video.

23. How do I delete a company video? You may remove your video at any time by logging into your account, going to "My Homepage," selecting "Update Corporate Information," clicking "Manage Video," and then clicking the "Delete" button below the video player. If there is no Video uploaded, it will say No Video, and there will not be a "Delete" button.

24. How do I change my user name? Log in to your HireMeNow.com account, and click on "My Account Information." From there, you can change your user name (which is your e-mail address), and other contact information.

25. How do I change my Password? Log in to your HireMeNow.com account, go to "My Homepage," and click on "Change Password;" then input your old password and your new password.

26. How do I close my account? There is no need for you to "close" your account. You can delete your video, and close all Active job orders, leaving the account empty. If you would prefer that we actively delete your account right away, just send an e-mail to CustomerService@HireMeNow.com.

27. How far in advance can I search for, or make an offer to, a temporary/contract worker? We ask our candidates to give us their availability for the next 30 days, and we ask them to update their availability every two weeks. As a result, you can only choose a Start Date for your job orders that are 30 days or less from today. Given how quickly life can change, we do not ask our candidates' to provide availability beyond 30 days because they may not still be available.

28. What kind of tests and checks are available to validate job candidates, and how much do they cost? We have hundreds of skills tests, all of which are free, and we offer background and reference checking services between $9.99 and $29.99. Many job candidates take skills tests on their own, and some order background or reference checks on themselves. If you do not see a test or check for a particular job candidate, you can request that the candidate take a test or agree to a check as part of your evaluation of that candidate. 29. I am not getting e-mails from HireMeNow.com - what should I do? You can always send us an e-mail at CustomerService@HireMeNow.com, or call us at 1.888.440.HIRE (4473) or 561.953.2007. Sometimes our e-mails get blocked by spam filters, so you should check your e-mail account's "spam," "junk," or "bulk" folder. To make sure that HireMeNow.com e-mail is not deleted or filtered into a "spam," "junk," or "bulk" folder, please add HireMeNow.com to your list of trusted senders/your address book/contact list (in your e-mail software) and to your ISP/mail service's whitelist. Instructions for several popular Mail Services and Email Platforms are listed below:

1. Go to your "Contacts" page.
2. Click on "New" in the upper-left-hand corner.
3. Enter "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" into the "email address" field.
4. Click "Save" in the upper left of your window.

BlackBerrys
1. Scroll up to the message header.
2. Get to the field where our name is listed, click the "Berry" button and then click "Show Address".
3. Select and copy that address to the clipboard.
4. Go into "Address Book" and find the user.
5. Select "Save".
6. Click to edit it, and then click the "Berry" button to add another email address.
7. Paste it in and click "Save".

Yahoo!
1. Click on the "Addresses" tab in the upper-left part of your account screen.
2. Click on "Add contact" just under the "Addresses" tab.
3. Enter "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" in the email field - the rest can be left blank, if desired.
4. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page. You should see a confirmation screen.
5. Click "Done" in the upper left.
You should also open an e-mail from us that is in your "Spam" folder and then click the "Not Spam" link.

1. Click on "Contacts" in the left column.
2. Click on "Add Contact" on the upper right-hand-side of the "Contacts" screen.
3. Enter "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" in the "Primary Email" field.
4. Click on "Save".

1. Click on the "Contacts" tab at the top of your account.
2. In the left hand menu, click on "Safe List".
3. Enter "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" into the blank field.
4. Click the "Add" button to the right of the field.

Add "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" to your address book:
1. Click the "Mail" menu and select "Address Book".
2. Wait for the "Address Book" window to pop up, then click the "Add" button.
3. Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" window to load.
4. Once loaded, cut and paste "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" into the "Other E-Mail" field.
5. Make "CustomerService@HireMeNow.com" the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
